This machine is developed using the advanced technology from Japan and Korea to perform the wrinkle press for the jeans finishing work. The rubber cylinders hold the air, which can be operated by the switch buttons at the control box panel. The panel has different button switches that control every position of the Wrinkle. The Stainless Steel plank and rubber cylinders simulate the human legs that can be moved and bended freely and naturally, or can be manually performed rubbed procedure. Then uses the steam and electric heater to obtain the desirable pressed shape. This makes the jeans to be the most natural effect, in which there is, no need to do extra work on the jeans. In turn, it saves the cost, time and it is environmental friendly.
2) OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Place the Wrinkle or hand rubbed jeans covered with the Colophony Chemical Liquid. (Note that the Colophony Chemical Liquid wrinkles the jean when applying high temperature). Take the jean out with the right moisture and put it thought the rubber cylinder. Inflate the cylinder with the air. Apply the button switch to different part of the jean until it obtains the most natural look and feel. Fold the jean to the desirable shape and put it inside a wrinkled bag. Set the temperature to 140℃, the humidity to 80-90% and dry it up for 8 minutes. Finally, take the jean to the Ovens Machine for further wrinkle and washing. For having natural effect, do not use the Ovens Machine.
